Environmental Testing

Vertical Laboratories has a wide range of ovens, environmental simulation chambers, and vessels.

Using this equipment, we can simulate subsea pressure to 60k psi and high-altitude to 100k ft. Our ovens can reach temperatures as high as 1100 °C, and we have liquid nitrogen on-site to quickly reach cryogenic temperatures as low as -196 °C. Environmental simulation tests can be short exposures with fast ramp rates, or they can run uninterrupted for weeks at a time to model the expected life of a given part. Each test profile is individually programmed and closely monitored with redundant data logging.
